THIS IS FOR COACHES AND PARENTS WITH FULL TEAMS TO REGISTER

(During the Winter I & II sessions we only offer Team Sign-ups; Spring, Summer, & Fall we offer individual and team sign-ups) 

It contains important information about your responsibilities with regard to the Oregon Soccer Center. We look forward to seeing you on the pitch!

Costs Per Team:
Adult teams: $595 for eight games (two 22 min. halves)*
Youth teams: $595 for eight games (two 22 min. halves)*

Referee Costs:
At the Oregon Soccer Center, all referee costs will be paid by the participating teams directly to the referee.

*Adult: (U-15 & up) $8 per team, per game
*Youth: (U-14 & below) $5 per team, per game

*We begin taking registration 1 month prior to the start of each session. Signing up by the deadline does not guarantee a spot. Teams playing in current leagues are guaranteed a spot in the next session, if they are signed with a deposit before the deadline. We will do everything we can to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee they will all be met. For further questions on league sign-ups, please contact us at 503-655-PLAY.

O.S.C. Players Card

Identification cards must be obtained and renewed yearly at $10.00 per player. Cards are renewed annually after Sept. 1 of each year. Adult cards (18 Y.O.A. and up) require a picture I.D. with a date of birth. Youth cards (Under 18 Y.O.A.) require a parent or guardian signature, and a piece of identification with a birth date such as a Passport or Birth certificate. School ID cards are not valid forms of identification. Parents must be present to sign for the card. In addition all players are required to sign a waiver of liability (see below). Replacement card cost is $10.00; a temporary (one game) card can be purchased for $3.00 per game with picture identification and proof of a current card.

NOTICE: To play adult league soccer you must be 16 years old or older. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your 16th birthday must have taken place before the first game.

Youth Team Leagues  (to register an individual child please see CSL program)

Session: Summer Session

Start Date: July 8, 2010

Registration Deadline: June 28, 2010

Divisions:
Youth Girls & Boys: (birthday change, Aug 1), 6 & 7 Years Old, U-9 through U-17

OSC Waiver of Liability:
Fees paid to OSC do not include insurance for injuries to players, coaches or managers. All players must sign a waiver of liability at the OSC. Parent or legal guardian must sign the OSC Waiver for players under age 18 and must do so in person at the OSC. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Games Dates for Youth:
6 & 7 Years Old, U-9 through U-14, Saturday and/or Sunday 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m, Monday-Friday 3:30pm to 7pm. (Schedules are always subject to change based on team registration)
U-15 through U-17, Monday – Friday 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., possibly Saturday evening.

Games Dates for Adults:
Men’s Over-30, Wed. /Thursday, 6 p.m. to 12 p.m.
Men’s/Women’s Open, Women’s Over-30 Monday – Friday, 6 p.m. to 11:30pm. Saturday/Sunday 3pm to 11:30pm. Coed Teams, Friday – Monday, 6:30 p.m. to 11:30pm.
(Schedules are always subject to change based on team registration)

For Youth and Adult Leagues:
All youth leagues up to U-17 must have a responsible coach of 25 years or older at all times. Youth leagues without a coach will not be allowed to play. Adult league players must be at least 16 years of age with proof of I.D. Shin guards are mandatory and must be covered by socks the full length. No Shin guards = NO PLAY!
