Adult Schedules

Managers,
I would like to thank you for your efforts in taking on the responsibility of managing a indoor team with our facility.  With the growing number of teams getting involved in soccer I want to make sure that the communication doesn’t drop between your team and the staff in the office.  If you are having any kind of problems during a game, please go into the office and get the employee to assist you.  If you feel that it hasn’t been resolved, then please contact me as soon as you possible can.  If your team is needing certain days off for a game then it must be placed on the registration form in advance of the deadline.  I can not guarantee that this will happen, but will do everything I can to get those requests met.  Please talk with your team and make sure that they are not calling the office to request changes, these need to be done with the team manager only before the deadline and must be placed on the registration form.

Next, I would like to cover the Coed divisions,  we are keeping track of the scores of each game.  The coed divisions are growing in large numbers.  In order to keep the divisions even,  I am splittng them up based on the wins and losses for each session.  I would recommend that you make sure the referee has you down as the right team after each game and they are recording the right score.

I would like to remind everyone that we are here to have fun and enjoy a recreational game of soccer.  If you feel that there is an issue that needs to be addressed then please contact me to discuss this.  I will do my best to get this issue resolved.  If your team has 2 games in one night or on a weekend, this is because of the division being uneven.  There is no way to schedule a uneven division with out there being a bye-week and 2 games in one night.  Please understand that these games are scheduled to come out where it is fair and even to everyone, I do not play favorites with any team when it comes to scheduling or try to give anyone more late games than someone else.  If you feel that your team has been dealt a bad schedule, I will gladly go over it with you (team managers only).  Also, if your team is short players for the session please post an ad on our website with contact information on it.  We are getting a lot of people in every day asking to be placed on a team.  We send them to the website and would like it if you could put on there that you may need players also.
